James Bond's 50th Anniversary

     Tomorrow, October 5th, marks the 50th Anniversary of the James Bond film series.  Bond first appeared on screen in the film Dr. No., starring Sean Connery, on October 5, 1962.  Over the last 50 years, 23 James Bond films have been made based on Ian Fleming's fictional character, created in 1953 when his first 007 novel, Casino Royale, was published.  Six actors have played Bond on the big screen:  Sean Connery, George Lazenby, Roger Moore, Timothy Dalton, Pierce Brosnan, and Daniel Craig.

     The latest 007 film, Skyfall, premieres tomorrow.  Craig will again appear as Bond.  Here are some of our favorite Bond movies (for the jewelry related titles, of course).
